Who is Qualpro

Qualpro is my Trading Name.

{Qualified Professional}

My name is Gary Hazeldine

Along with over 40 Years of practical Building experience with a Trade background as a Joiner,

I also have over 10 years of Freelance Site and Project Management.

Ranging from Renovations,

Conversions and New Build.

For both Private and Main stream commercial and large scale development companies.

17 Years trading my own medium sized Building Company.

Amongst several other qualifications I hold a

Diploma In Construction and Civil Engineering

Why Both ?

After many years of Building it was time for a change.

Owning my own Building Company the rewards never met the effort or everyday hassles and indeed eventually my health deteriorated severely.

As I loved the Construction industry I could not

a career in any other industry.

It was second nature to go into Site & Project

Management.

Initially I entered the Commercial sector on Retail Outlets and Pub Refurbishments, However Covid created a massive impact on the commercial side.

I was lucky enough to have a reputation that enabled myself to work on very high end contracts for private clients.

Once these contracts had been completed I moved onto New Build Housing Sites.

Due to what I experienced I set up Qualpro.

New Builds

Whilst carrying out work on several large New Build Development Sites.

I found the quality of the finished properties to be unbelievable bad.

Also a massive influx of snaglist that I had to troll through, It quickly became apparent How many of these independent reports are carried out by Individuals whom clearly have no Building Experience. Reports with in Excess of 150 faults or defects, Most of which were not nor could ever be classed as a defect,Reports that listed an NHBC regulation against every photo, These reports were Ai generated and massively incorrect.

Snaglist were being discarded by the developers due to the quality of the reports.

Reports that had cost Hundreds of pounds,

With no explanation of causes. Just a pile of paper.

How is Qualpro Different ?

Our reports are inline with RPSA on created on RPSA platforms { RICS Level 2 Equivalent }

RPSA vs RICs

RPSA & RICs are virtually the same.

Both sets of reports are carried out upon the same platform in the same manner.

RPSA is an Association.

RICs is an Institution.

Neither are a Qualification.

To join either you need the relevant Surveying Qualification.

Both are accepted from most Banks or Mortgage Lenders.

You do not have to use who your Estate Agent tells you to use.

Only your Mortgage lender and yourself have the choice.
