Minimum Qualifications for Qualpro Inspectors

  • Registration with an industry-recognised professional qualification

  • NVQ Level 6 or a Bachelor's Degree in Construction & Civil Engineering

  • Experience serving as Site Managers, Contracts Managers, or Building Inspectors

  • Background in New Builds, Traditional Builds, Renovations, and Conversions

Additionally, Qualpro actively seeks inspectors with N.H.B.C. experience. 

The reports produced are suitable as evidence when issues remain unresolved. To ensure the independence and impartiality of assessments, personal opinions are excluded from all reports.

Each report contains the following:

  • Comprehensive findings

  • Information regarding legal rights

  • Detailed recommended actions and their sequence

  • A request for response

  • Statement of developer responsibilities

  • Reference to relevant codes of practice

  • Buildings Ombudsman

  • A copy of the responsibilities document

Additional inclusions:

  • Applicable Code Requirements for homes reserved from 1st January 2024

  • NHBC Defined Tolerances

If the Entrance and Landing lights are on a 2 gang switch is there a warning that the circuit can still be live. As the lighting should work of separate RCDs a 2 gang switch can work off both at the same time.
